Kerama Backpackers is located on Tokashiki Island, an island in the Kerama Islands. The Kerama Islands were recently designated as Japan’s 31st National Park as of March, 2014. 
Please relax in a lot of nature.

新型コロナウィルス感染症による営業自粛のお知らせ～！ Notice of self-restraint due to new coronavirus infection！

 新型コロナウィルス感染症により亡くなられた方々にお悔やみを申し上げるとともに、罹患された方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

ケラマバックパッカーズにおきましては、今般の事情を鑑みまして、5月10日まで営業を自粛させて頂きます。
また5月11日以降のご予約に関しましても、今後の状況をみての営業再開となりますので、ご理解頂いたお客様の仮予約のみお受け致します。
内地では非常事態宣言も発令され、経済的にも大変な時期ではありますが、今を耐えて自粛して、人の往来を少なくして早目の回復を目指す方が良と判断致しました。
皆様にはご理解とご協力をお願い致します。
またコロナウィルス感染症が落ち着きましたら、どうぞ渡嘉敷島とケラマバックパッカーズをよろしくお願い致します。
We express our sincere condolences to those who have died from the new coronavirus infection, and to those who have been affected.
At Kerama Backpackers, we will refrain from operating until 10th of May in consideration of the current situation.
In addition, even for reservations made after 11th of May, we will resume business according to the future situation, so we will only accept temporary reservations of customers who understand.
Declarations of emergencies were issued in the Japanese main isands, and it is a difficult time in terms of economics.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
